Since 2012, we have led the effort to assist those diagnosed with cancer with the treatment process, as well as daily activities. We have been at the forefront of nearly every major cancer event in New York City.

Our Mission

We aim to lighten the burdens of individuals and families suffering from the effects of cancer.

Keeping Families Healthy and Happy

We strive to assist families with any and all needs in order to stay on top of the disease.

Participating in Runs Annually

GGI Foundation staff make sure to set aside time in the year to participate in Breast Cancer Walks and Runs, such as the Race for the Cure.

The GGI Foundation has helped me stay afloat after receiving my ductal carcinoma diagnosis. They informed me of my options and encouraged me to keep going when I was lost.
— Clara Jenkins, Breast Cancer Patient

What We've Achieved

  • Over 100 wigs given to cancer patients in need
  • Hundred of individuals and families informed of the benefits and risks of cancer screening
  • Dozens of cancer patients assisted with daily chores
  • Many individuals transported to a hospital or clinic of their choosing for medical care
The GGI Foundation staff convinced me to get an MRI after a brief consultation. I turned out to be cancer-free, but I’m glad I got checked.
— Giselle Hollands, NYC Resident

Patient Transport

We assist cancer patients with getting to their destination.

Wig Giveaway

Our wig giveaway program promotes a positive image for cancer patients experiencing hair loss from treatment. Anxiety over hair loss and the accompanying financial burden should not detract from the strength patients need to recover. We provide wigs to patients in need at no cost to the family whatsoever.
